Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and cultivate potential buyers and sellers through networking, referrals, and marketing.

Client Consultation: Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose the best property solutions.

Property Showings: Private viewings, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.

Negotiation & Closing: Present purchase offers, mediate negotiations, and ensure smooth transactions through the closing process.

Relationship Management: Build long-term client trust to secure repeat business and referrals. 


Key Qualifications


Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market, pricing trends.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

Negotiation Expertise: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and achieve mutually beneficial terms
