Receptionist

We are currently looking for a polite, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our Vadodara clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Manage appointments and maintain the clinic’s daily schedule.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and respond to patient queries professionally.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth operations.
• Handle billing, payments, and follow-up calls.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the reception area.
• Promote clinic services and products to walk-in customers.
• Provide accurate information about treatments and offers when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Prior experience in reception/front desk/customer service roles preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software, etc.)
• Pleasant personality, with a calm and polite demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about clinic treatments and services.
