Telecaller cum Receptionist (Restaurant & Banquet)Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month (Based on experience)

• Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and handle restaurant table reservations and banquet inquiries.
• Welcome guests and assist them at the reception.
• Share information about menus, banquet packages, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with the restaurant and banquet teams to ensure smooth bookings.
• Follow up with banquet leads and customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain reservation records and customer details.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
• Assist with administrative and front desk tasks as required.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, telecaller, front office executive, or customer service executive.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and booking software).
• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
• Well-organized, punctual, and able to multitask.
• Experience in the restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry is preferred.
