About the Role We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our growing stock broking team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, explaining our stock broking services, and assisting customers with opening Demat and Trading Accounts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
• Explain the company's stock broking, Demat account, and investment services.
• Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into account openings.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information about stock market services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers for client onboarding.
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Stock Broking, BFSI, Insurance, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati will be an added advantage).
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
