Job Responsibilities:-0

• Acquire 7–8 new clients per month through open market sourcing, proactive prospecting, and networking activities.
• Promote and cross-sell third-party investment products such as SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equity products.
• Generate revenue across all financial products within sourced accounts to ensure continuous business growth.
• Achieve monthly SIP targets of 5 SIPs with a minimum investment value of ₹2,000 each.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding financial needs and offering suitable investment solutions.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling strategies.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure long-term client engagement.

Preferred Candidate :-

• ProfileMinimum 6 months of experience in sales within CASA, Insurance, Demat Accounts, SIPs, Mutual Funds, or related financial products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of broking operations and financial service products.
• Prior experience in the broking industry will be an added advantage.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong relationship-building skills.
