What We Are Looking For 

We are looking for energetic and responsible Health Advisors who will become the face of 

our stores and help customers make informed healthcare choices. 

If you enjoy helping people, learning about medicines, and working in a fast-paced retail 

environment, this role will give you the perfect start to your career. 

You will play a critical role in prescription validation, patient counselling, and ensuring 

safe medicine dispensing while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities 

 Guide customers in choosing the right medicines and healthcare products 

 Educate patients about affordable generic medicine alternatives and their benefits 

 Assist customers in understanding prescriptions and basic medicine usage 

 Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive store experience 

 Promote health awareness and responsible medicine usage among customers 

 Support customers with OTC healthcare products and wellness solutions 

 Continuously learn about medicines, molecules, and healthcare products 

 Contribute to achieving store sales targets through customer engagement 

 Maintain a professional, disciplined, and customer-first approach at the store 

 Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent healthcare service
