Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organised , and process-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Industrial Sales team handling Kirloskar Brothers Limited business and other engineering products.

The role involves coordination between customers, sales engineers, principals, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of the complete sales process from enquiry to payment follow-up.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, documentation accuracy, follow-up capability, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day coordination for enquiries, quotations, orders, and dispatches.
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations and maintain quotation records.
• Coordinate with sales engineers for enquiry status and customer follow-up.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding offers, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with OEMs/principals including for pricing, technical support, and order execution.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Follow up internally for dispatch, invoicing, LR copies, and payment collections.
• Maintain MIS reports, sales data, pending enquiry status, and order tracking sheets.
• Handle tender documentation and submission support if required.
• Support management in smooth backend sales operations.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related records.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, Email drafting.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple enquiries/orders.
• Basic understanding of industrial products and sales process preferred.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
