Job Description
Business Development & DSA Management:
- Identify and onboard new DSA (Direct Selling Agent) partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs and referral partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with DSAs for business development and performance improvement.
- Drive business growth through partner engagement and market expansion.
Banking & Operational Coordination:
- Maintain healthy relationships with banking officials, including:
- Branch Managers
- Center Heads
- Processing Officers
- Credit & Operations Teams
- Coordinate with internal Admin, Sales and Accounts departments for smooth business processing.
File Processing & Support:
- Support DSAs and clients in file login and documentation processes.
- Ensure proper coordination for sanction and disbursement follow-ups.
- Monitor file movement and provide timely updates to partners.
Billing & Documentation:
- Generate post-disbursement billing documents.
- Submit billing files and required documents to the respective bank branches.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing coordination.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track business performance of mapped sales partners.
- Analyze productivity and maintain regular reporting.
- Support partners in improving conversion and business volumes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services industry preferred.
- Good understanding of retail loan products and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and business coordination.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales / Banking / Financial Services.
