Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Manage social media and digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
