Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Head of Sales

📍 Location: Gorwa,Vadodara

Role Objective:

The Sales Operations Coordinator will act as the central coordination point for all sales operations, ensuring seamless communication between sales, distributors, accounts, dispatch, service, and administration while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage end-to-end order processing and maintain order tracking systems
• Coordinate dispatch, logistics, and share shipment details with stakeholders
• Handle distributor coordination, order planning, and documentation
• Monitor payments, outstanding reports, and ensure credit discipline
• Process credit/debit notes and maintain proper records
• Coordinate product returns, customer complaints, and resolutions
• Manage product samples, trials, and demo equipment tracking
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Track inventory status and instrument opportunities
• Ensure data accuracy and structured inter-department communication

Eligibility Criteria (Who Can Apply):

• Fresh graduates (Commerce / Science / Management preferred, B.Com, BBA,BSC)
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach
