Sr. Relationship Manager-Business Banking-Affluent-AFFLUENT-Relationship Manager

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with affluent business clients. Your role will involve understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive business growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent business clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and experts to deliver comprehensive services.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to offer relevant advice.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to other bank products.
  • Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and present periodic reviews and financial plans to clients.
  • Attend industry events and network to expand the client base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client loyalty.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business banking, with a focus on affluent clients.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship management and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially those catering to affluent individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with high-net-worth clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for portfolio management.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to client engagement and relationship building.
