Job Description
Store Executive – Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch.
2. Maintain inventory records in ERP/SAP.
3. Prepare GRNs and verify inward materials.
4. Issue materials as per production requirements.
5. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
6. Conduct stock verification and reconcile inventory.
7. Maintain proper storage, bin locations, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
8. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
9. Prepare RGP/NRGP and maintain store documentation.
10. Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and 5S standards.
11. Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
12. Monitor slow-moving inventory and improve store operations.
