Job Description
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads through tenders/ self-findings/ existing customer references
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
