We are hiring Telecallers for Personal Loan Sales. Freshers & Experienced both can apply.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to potential customers
• Pitch personal loan products to high-income salaried prospects
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication
• Maintain proper follow-ups to maximize conversions
• Handle inbound leads (provided regularly) for higher closing ratio
• Update call status and customer details in CRM/system

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & Basic English
• Strong convincing and sales skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
• Telecalling / sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)

💰 Compensation Structure:

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
