✨ Summary: We are looking for dedicated and confident Telecalling Executives for debt collection. The role involves calling customers, reminding them of pending payments, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders.
• Explain outstanding dues and assist customers with payment options.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and collections.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with team leaders for escalations or concerns.
• Required Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
• Target-oriented and disciplined.
• Qualifications: Minimum 10th Pass (12th pass preferred).
• Telecalling / Collection experience is an advantage.

જોબ સમરી:

કસ્ટમર્સને ફોન કરીને તેમની બાકી પેમેન્ટ વિશે માહિતી આપવી, પેમેન્ટ માટે ફોલો-અપ રાખવો અને સમયસર કલેક્શન કરાવવાનું કામ રહેશે.

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ:

• કસ્ટમર્સને આઉટબાઉન્ડ કોલ કરીને પેમેન્ટ રિમાઈન્ડર આપવું.
• બાકી રકમ વિશે સમજાવવું અને પેમેન્ટ ઓપ્શન જણાવવા.
• કોલ અને કલેક્શનની વિગતો સિસ્ટમમાં નોંધવી.
• માસિક લક્ષ્યાંકો (Targets) પૂર્ણ કરવા.
• ગ્રાહકો સાથે શાંતિથી અને પ્રોફેશનલ રીતે વાતચીત કરવી.
• ટીમ લીડરને રિપોર્ટિંગ અને જરૂરી હોય ત્યારે એસ્કલેશન કરવું.
• જરુરી કુશળતાઓ:સારી કમાંયુનિકેશન (ગુજરાતી/હિન્દી).
• બેઝિક કોમ્પ્યુટર જ્ઞાન.
• કસ્ટમર ઓબ્જેક્શન હેન્ડલ કરવાની ક્ષમતા.
• ટાર્ગેટ ઓરિયન્ટેડ અને શિસ્તબદ્ધ સ્વભાવ.
• લાયકાત:10 (12th pass પ્રાથમિકતા).
• ટેલિકોલિંગ / કલેક્શન અનુભવ હોય તો વધુ સારું.
