Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller to connect with potential customers using leads provided by the company. The role involves introducing our brands (Sensinova / Primezen), generating initial interest, and forwarding qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database
▪️Introduce company products/services (Sensinova / Primezen) in a clear and engaging manner
▪️Understand basic customer requirements and gauge interest level
▪️Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
▪️Share interested/qualified leads with the sales team for conversion
▪️Follow up with leads when required
Requirements:
▪️Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
▪️Basic understanding of customer interaction and phone etiquette
▪️Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
▪️Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
▪️Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
