Job Description
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within target industries (e.g., HVAC, manufacturing, chemical plants, pharma, power generation).
Technical Consultation: Conduct technical presentations and live demonstrations to plant managers, procurement teams, and consulting engineers.
Solution Selling: Analyze customer requirements for cooling systems, fluid handling, and compressed air systems to recommend the right specifications.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare commercial offers, technical tenders, and quotations; negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to identify new growth areas.
Product Promotion: Execute targeted marketing campaigns (digital, email, and direct outreach) to raise awareness of our piping, valve, and HVAC/R solutions.
Exhibitions & Events: Represent the company at industrial trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build a robust pipeline.
Key Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal engineering and after-sales support teams to ensure seamless installation and troubleshooting.
