QA/QC Engineer – Civil

We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Engineer (Civil) responsible for quality control of construction work as well as RMC batching plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

• Conduct inspection of ongoing site work (concrete, shuttering, reinforcement)

• Maintain quality records, checklists, and reports (DPR, IR, etc.)

• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for quality compliance

• Perform and monitor slump test, cube test, and material testing

• Ensure correct water-cement ratio and mix design compliance

• Maintain cube casting, curing, and testing records

• Handle lab activities and ensure testing standards are followed

• Monitor batching plant operations and ensure correct material proportion

• Verify cement, sand, aggregate, water, and admixture dosage

• Check plant calibration and accuracy of load cells

• Maintain daily production and quality reports

• Control material reconciliation and minimize wastage

• Coordinate dispatch and ensure quality concrete supply

• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents, reports, and records

• Handle client/consultant inspections and approvals

• Maintain material test certificates and site quality files

• Ensure all quality and safety standards are followed

• Identify issues and take corrective actions

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

• Experience in QA/QC and RMC Plant preferred

• Knowledge of concrete mix design and testing

• Ability to handle site and plant quality independently

• Responsible and disciplined candidate preferred
