About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, with the ability to maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
- Handle GST accounting, reconciliation
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks whenever required.
