Job Opening: Accounts Executive – Varanasi
Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Varanasi
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at our Varanasi location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
- Prepare and manage customer invoices and billing.
- Record purchase entries and maintain purchase records.
- Process sales orders and coordinate order entries.
- Perform customer and vendor account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist with other accounts-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST billing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
