Designation: Collection Executive

Job Purpose

To ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from members while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The Collection Executive is responsible for reducing overdue accounts, resolving payment-related concerns, and achieving monthly collection targets through effective follow-ups and negotiation.

• Job Responsibilities
• Contact customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
• Ensure timely collection of EMIs, annual subscription fees, and other dues.
• Follow up with customers for overdue accounts and maintain regular communication.
• Resolve customer payment-related queries professionally.
• Negotiate payment schedules wherever applicable.
• Maintain accurate collection records and update CRM/MIS.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for payment reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection processes.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional service.

• Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Telecom, or BFSI.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
