Content Creator - Batao Banaras

We're looking for someone to join the Batao Banaras team purely for content creation on the page. The role involves shooting short-form videos across Varanasi covering local culture, food, streets, and ghats, along with conducting interviews with local people on the ground. The person should know basic editing - simple cuts, captions, background music, and light color correction using mobile apps like CapCut or InShot is enough, no professional editing software required. Since shoots happen at different locations across the city, often on short notice, having your own bike is mandatory for getting around. A laptop is preferred but not compulsory, it helps with editing and transferring files but isn't a dealbreaker if someone is comfortable working entirely on mobile. Comfort with approaching strangers and local vendors for interviews is important, as is basic camera or phone shooting sense around framing, stability, and audio. Prior knowledge of Varanasi's local spots, familiarity with the local dialect, or past content creation experience would be a bonus but isn't essential. The role is field-based, working around the Kandwa and greater Varanasi area.
