Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and camera-friendly professional who can train aspiring content creators, host podcasts, conduct interviews, and represent the organization at various events. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong stage presence, creativity, and the ability to engage audiences both online and offline.

• Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation Training
• Conduct content creation training sessions and workshops for students and professionals.
• Guide participants on content planning, presentation, personal branding, and audience engagement.
• Develop training materials and practical assignments.
• Podcast Hosting
• Host and moderate podcasts with industry experts, guests, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution of podcast recordings and discussions.
• Maintain audience engagement and professional presentation standards.
• Mock Interviews
• Conduct mock interviews for students and candidates.
• Provide constructive feedback on communication, confidence, and interview performance.
• Assist in improving employability and presentation skills.
• Event Anchoring
• Anchor and host organizational events including:
• Convocations
• Presentation Competitions
• Workshops
• Seminars
• Award Ceremonies
• Other Institutional Events
• Coordinate with event teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Content Creation Workshops
• Plan and conduct specialized workshops on content creation, public speaking, and digital presence.
• Encourage practical learning through live demonstrations and activities.
• Advertisement Shoots
• Participate in promotional and advertisement shoots for the organization and its brands.
• Deliver scripts confidently on camera and represent the brand professionally.
• Informative Content Shoots
• Create and present educational, promotional, and informative video content.
• Collaborate with the media team for content ideation and execution.
• Podcast & Content Scripting
• Prepare podcast outlines, discussion frameworks, and scripts.
• Develop engaging content concepts aligned with organizational goals and audience interests.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong presentation, anchoring, and public speaking abilities.
• Comfortable in front of the camera.
• Experience in content creation, podcasting, training, or media-related roles is preferred.
• Creative mindset with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital content trends.
