Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth experience throughout their journey with Mercy Appliances—from enquiry and purchase to installation, service, and after-sales support.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate with the sales, installation, service, and operations teams to resolve customer requirements.
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, installations, and pending service requests.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customers are satisfied with products and services.
  • Encourage satisfied customers to share genuine feedback and Google reviews.
