Role Overview
Capvar ko ek responsible Delivery Boy / Biker chahiye jo customer, parlour, retailer aur distributor orders ko time par deliver kare, payment/parcel proof maintain kare aur company ke delivery system ko discipline ke saath follow kare.
Key Responsibilities
Daily product delivery karna: customer, salon, retailer, distributor
Order pickup, packing check aur delivery confirmation lena
Cash / UPI payment collection aur same-day reporting
Delivery proof maintain karna: photo, signature, WhatsApp confirmation
Return / exchange parcel ko safely office/godown me submit karna
Stock, invoice aur parcel count delivery se pehle verify karna
Route planning follow karna aur time par delivery complete karna
Customer se polite aur professional behaviour rakhna
Daily delivery report office team ko dena
Bike, fuel aur delivery bag ka proper care rakhna
Required Skills
Bike chalane ka experience
Valid driving license
Smartphone use karna aana chahiye
Google Maps / WhatsApp use karna aana chahiye
Basic payment collection aur reporting samajh
Honest, punctual aur disciplined nature
Local area knowledge preferred
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Own bike preferred
Valid DL mandatory
Field delivery experience preferred
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience aur performance ke basis par salary decide hogi.
