The LexSphere is an MSME-registered legal consultancy and legal education platform operating across corporate advisory, labour law, compliance, HR advisory, legal notices, contracts, and legal education. The brand has built a strong digital presence through short-form legal awareness content across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own end-to-end growth and monetization of The LexSphere's digital presence - across social media, content strategy, lead generation, and brand positioning across our legal consultancy, business advisory, and education verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own overall digital marketing strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging WhatsApp Broadcast channel

- Drive growth beyond current plateau - identify new formats, hooks, and distribution strategies to reactivate audience growth

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across multiple pages/verticals (legal awareness, B2B/business content, education)

- Coordinate with script writers, video editors, and designers to ensure brand voice consistency (Hook-Problem-Legal Right-Solution-Mistake-CTA framework)

- Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion from content to inbound leads)

- Build and scale the WhatsApp Broadcast list as an owned marketing channel

- Manage paid promotions/ad budgets where applicable and optimize spend

- Own SEO and website marketing coordination for thelexsphere.com

- Develop B2B marketing content strategy for corporate/startup-facing pages

- Stay current on legal-content trends and competitor activity in the legal awareness content space

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably managing social-first brands or content-heavy pages

- Strong understanding of Instagram/YouTube/Facebook algorithms and analytics

- Experience managing content calendars and cross-functional creative teams

- Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads (Meta/Google), and WhatsApp marketing tools

- Excellent Hindi-English (Hinglish) communication skills

- Prior experience in legal, education, or awareness-content niches is a plus

- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into strategy
