Role and Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will visit retailers, generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers and potential customers every day.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Explain the company's products and services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the management.
Submit daily visit and sales reports.
Ensure timely payment collection, if required.
Represent the company professionally in the market.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
0–2 years of sales experience (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to travel locally.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Skills Required
Sales and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management.
Good communication.
Target-oriented attitude.
Basic smartphone and app usage.
