📍 Location: Kandwa, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (Office-based + Field Visits)

💼 Experience: 2-3 Years (Field/Offline Sales)

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹16,000/month + Performance Incentives

🎯 Role Type: Target-Based

🕐 Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

About the Role

The LexSphere, a legal consultancy and corporate advisory firm, is looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Executive for offline, on-ground sales of our legal and compliance services. This is a field-oriented role - the candidate will meet businesses, HR teams, and professionals in person to generate and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, in-person meetings, calls, and local networking

• Pitch our legal, compliance, and advisory services to businesses and professionals

• Follow up consistently with prospects and close conversions

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions

• Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in field sales or B2B/service sales (mandatory)

• Prior experience selling professional services (legal, financial, insurance, consulting, or similar) will be strongly preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi; working English preferred

• Comfortable with daily field visits and a target-based environment

• Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred

• Based in Varanasi or willing to relocate

Incentive Structure

Attractive performance-based incentives over and above fixed salary - earnings directly linked to conversions.
