Job Description
Position: Holistic Full Stack Developer (Website & Mobile Application Development)
About the Role:
Boot & Boost Entrepreneur LLP is looking for a highly skilled and versatile Holistic Full Stack Developer who can independently design, develop, deploy, and maintain modern websites, web applications, mobile applications, and SaaS platforms from concept to production.
Required Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
Hands-on experience with modern development stacks/frameworks, including but not limited to:
- MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- MEAN Stack
- Laravel
- Django / Flask
- Spring Boot
- ASP.NET Core
- Next.js / React.js
- Flutter / React Native (for cross-platform mobile applications)
- Experience with REST APIs, database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), authentication, cloud deployment, Git, and DevOps fundamentals.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complete websites, web applications, mobile applications, ERP/CRM systems, SaaS products, and custom business solutions.
- Participate in architecture, database design, frontend and backend development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, AI services, and cloud platforms.
- Write clean, scalable, secure, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
