Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate professional to drive end-to-end software implementation—from requirement gathering to go-live and beyond.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
- Lead client implementations, UAT, and post-go-live support.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver product demos.
- Manage client relationships across all levels.
- Handle project documentation and timelines.
- Conduct user training and ensure milestone sign-offs.
- Work with SQL and databases.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
- 0–3 years of experience in application support.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare applications.
- Degree in BE/MCA/BTECH/BCA or related field.
- Willingness to travel.
