Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Hospital Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hospital operations and ensure all departments function efficiently
• Monitor staff performance including housekeeping, therapists, reception, and kitchen staff
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across the hospital
• Manage and monitor hospital inventory, including medical supplies and daily-use items
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth and timely service delivery
• Ensure all employees follow hospital policies, protocols, and safety guidelines
• Address operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain reports and ensure proper documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any field (Healthcare/Hospital Management preferred)
• Experience: 2–5 years in hospital or healthcare operations
