Job Description
We are hiring a proactive Guest House Manager to handle operations and drive bookings for a 16-room guest house. The role requires strong hospitality management skills along with experience in sales and travel coordination.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations (front desk, housekeeping, staff coordination)
- Increase bookings and occupancy through direct sales and agent tie-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with tour/travel agents
- Handle online booking platforms like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb
- Ensure excellent guest experience and handle feedback/reviews
- Requirements:Experience in hotel/guest house management
- Knowledge of sales, revenue generation, and travel industry
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Existing travel agent connections preferred
