Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Handle onboarding, employee relations, grievance management, and exits.
- Manage HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate training, development, and induction programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and workplace policies.
- Support manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
- Work closely with hospital/department heads on workforce-related matters.
