Job Description

We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executives / Marketing Persons to promote our training, consultancy, and business support services. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, field marketing, follow-ups, and promoting services related to Project Financing, Startup Guidance, MSME Support, Business Consultancy, and Artificial Intelligence training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through field visits, calling, WhatsApp, social media, references, and local networking.
2. Promote training programs, consultancy services, startup guidance, project financing support, and AI-based business solutions.
3. Meet students, entrepreneurs, business owners, institutions, and professionals to explain company services.
4. Maintain daily follow-up with interested leads and convert them into clients or participants.
5. Distribute promotional materials, brochures, posters, and digital content.
6. Build strong relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, startups, MSMEs, shops, and local businesses.
7. Collect client requirements and share them with the management team.
8. Maintain lead records, visit reports, follow-up status, and conversion reports.
9. Support online marketing activities such as posting updates, sharing offers, and promoting programs on social media.
10. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and lead generation targets.

Required Skills:

1. Good communication and convincing skills.
2. Basic knowledge of marketing, sales, and client handling.
3. Ability to do field visits and meet potential clients.
4. Good knowledge of local market will be preferred.
5. Basic computer and mobile usage knowledge.
6. Positive attitude, confidence, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Qualification:

10th / 12th / Graduate / MBA / BBA / B.Com or any relevant qualification.

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Training will be provided.
