Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily order tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily Excel sheets for all orders.
- Track order status (pending, in process, ready, delivered)
- Coordinate with staff to collect updates on orders throughout the day
- Identify delayed orders and mention proper reasons
- Ensure all data is accurate and updated daily
- Submit a daily report of order status to management
Requirements:
- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (must)
- Good communication skills for internal coordination
- Organized and responsible attitude
- Ability to follow up with team members regularly
- Prior experience in MIS / back office / operations is a plus
Working Style:
- Candidate should actively move within the office and coordinate with team members
- Must ensure no order is missed or left untracked
