Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage nursing staff, prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance and performance, and train new nurses.
2. Ensure high-quality patient care and resolve patient concerns and complaints.
3. Coordinate with doctors, paramedical staff, and other departments.
4. Review and maintain nursing records, reports, and documentation.
5. Ensure availability and proper maintenance of medicines and medical equipment.
6. Implement hospital policies, NABH standards, infection control practices, and lead the team during emergencies.
Qualifications:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Registration.
- Experience: 3–8 years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Required Skills:
- Leadership, Team Management, Communication, Patient Care Management, Documentation, Reporting, and Computer Knowledge
