Job Title: E-Commerce & Online Sales ExecutiveLocation:Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce & Online Sales Executive who can independently manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Justdial, and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portals, along with customer inquiry management and order processing.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions on Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and lead conversion through IndiaMART and Justdial.
  • Manage GeM Portal registrations, bid participation, tender submissions, and order execution.
  • Monitor and process online orders from all platforms.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain product catalogues, images, specifications, and pricing updates.
  • Track daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Work on increasing online sales and improving marketplace rankings.
  • Coordinate with management for promotional campaigns and business growth initiatives.
  • Required Skills:Experience in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Knowledge of IndiaMART, Justdial, and GeM Portal operations.
  • Good understanding of online sales, lead generation, and customer handling.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Qualification:Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce or Online Sales.
  • Freshers with excellent knowledge of the above platforms may also apply.

Salary:₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month Including Incentives (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
