Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Track process performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports.
  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate process documentation and update SOPs as required.
  • Support project implementation and process change initiatives.
  • Assist in training employees on new or updated processes.
  • Resolve operational issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in meetings, provide status updates, and follow up on action items.
