Job Description
- Oversee daily mustard oil production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and maintain food safety and quality standards.
- Supervise production staff and allocate daily work efficiently.
- Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of production machinery.
- Minimize production downtime, wastage, and process losses.
- Maintain production records, inventory, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and dispatch teams for uninterrupted production.
