Position: Office Assistant / Sales Coordinator
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Biology or Life Sciences.
- Good knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to access and manage emails efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory products will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling official emails and correspondence.
- Preparing quotations, purchase orders, and sales documents.
- Maintaining records and documentation.
- Coordinating with customers and suppliers.
- Assisting in office administration and data entry work.
