Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Business Development Executive to develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-end clients. The role involves generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting our premium lighting solutions, and converting opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants on a regular basis.
- Generate new business leads and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Present Optiluxx’s premium lighting products and solutions.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the internal team for proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain a database of clients, meetings, and project updates.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings when required.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken English and Hindi.
- Soft-spoken, polished, and professional personality.
- Comfortable interacting with architects, designers, business owners, and affluent clients.
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, interior products, lighting, furniture, building materials, or luxury products will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, and basic CRM/reporting tools.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette.
- Ability to travel within the city for client meetings.
