Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified, mature and organised female professional to work closely with the Managing Director and senior management.
The candidate will be responsible for management follow-ups, people coordination, business communication, departmental tracking and ensuring that important tasks are completed on time.
This is a senior office-based role requiring strong communication, confidentiality, discipline and excellent follow-up ability.
- Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Managing Director on daily business priorities.
- Follow up with sales, accounts, HR, marketing and administration teams.
- Track department-wise tasks, deadlines and pending work.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with employees and department heads.
- Coordinate management meetings and record important action points.
- Draft professional emails, letters, reports and internal communications.
- Prepare Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations and business summaries.
- Handle confidential company and employee-related information.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee-management activities.
- Assist management in monitoring employee performance and accountability.
- Communicate with dealers, vendors, professionals and senior stakeholders when required.
- Ensure that instructions given by management are properly executed.
- Identify delays, reporting gaps and operational issues and escalate them to management.
- Support senior management in improving office systems and work discipline.
- Required SkillsExcellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Strong people-management and employee-handling ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and professional email drafting.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations and management summaries.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Mature, confident and professional personality.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good command over English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
EducationMBA, PGDM or postgraduate qualification in Business Management, HR, Operations or a related field preferred.
Highly experienced graduates with strong corporate or management experience may also apply.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileMarried female candidate.
- Currently residing in Varanasi.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in corporate office management, HR, business coordination, executive assistance or senior administration.
- Stable employment history.
- Interested in a long-term position with the organisation.
- Capable of working independently and directly with senior management.
