पद का नाम: तंदूरिया (Tandoori Chef)
अनुभव: न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष

वेतन: अनुभव एवं कौशल के अनुसार
आवश्यकता: केवल पुरुष उम्मीदवार
कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ
तंदूर में सभी प्रकार की रोटियाँ बनाना आना चाहिए, जैसे:
- तंदूरी रोटी
- बटर रोटी
- नान
- बटर नान
- गार्लिक नान
- लच्छा पराठा
- कुलचा
- मिस्सी रोटी
- रूमाली रोटी (यदि अनुभव हो)
- तंदूरी स्नैक्स एवं मुख्य व्यंजन बनाने का अनुभव होना चाहिए, जैसे:
- तंदूरी चिकन
- चिकन टिक्का
- मलाई टिक्का
- सीख कबाब
- पनीर टिक्का
- हरा भरा कबाब
- मशरूम टिक्का
- सोया चाप
- फिश टिक्का (यदि अनुभव हो)
- मेरिनेशन (Marination) की अच्छी समझ हो।
- तंदूर की आग और तापमान को सही तरीके से नियंत्रित करना आना चाहिए।
- भोजन का स्वाद, गुणवत्ता और प्रस्तुति (Presentation) का ध्यान रखना।
- साफ-सफाई एवं फूड सेफ्टी (Hygiene) के नियमों का पालन करना।
- किचन टीम के साथ मिलकर समय पर ऑर्डर तैयार करना।
- कच्चे माल का सही उपयोग करना तथा अनावश्यक बर्बादी से बचना।
- व्यस्त समय में भी तेज़ी और गुणवत्ता के साथ कार्य करने की क्षमता हो।
योग्यता
- न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष का तंदूर कार्य का अनुभव।
- होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, कैटरिंग या बैंक्वेट में कार्य करने का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- मेहनती, अनुशासित एवं जिम्मेदार होना आवश्यक है।
- टीम के साथ बेहतर समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करने की क्षमता हो।
