🎯 Job Purpose (Role Objective)The role of a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive is to:
- Generate new business through calling and follow-ups
- Handle existing customer relationships
- Increase sales and repeat orders
- Explain products, offers and company systems to customers
- Support sales growth and customer retention
- 🛠️ Key Responsibilities📞 Calling & Customer Follow-upDaily calling on new leads and existing customers
- Follow-up on IndiaMART, Website, WhatsApp and field leads
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain proper communication with distributors, retailers and clients
- Convert interested leads into orders or meetings
- 🛒 Sales & Order SupportExplain products and schemes of Capvar / Civraa
- Support order booking and sales coordination
- Generate repeat business through regular follow-up
- Coordinate with sales team for meetings and customer support
- Help customers understand product usage, pricing and offers
- 💻 CRM, Computer & Reporting WorkMaintain customer data in CRM, Excel sheet or company register
- Update daily calling status and follow-up remarks
- Prepare daily reports:
- Number of calls
- Follow-ups completed
- Orders generated
- Pending cases
- Basic computer operation and WhatsApp business handling required
- Proper data entry and reporting accuracy maintain karna
- 🤝 Customer Relationship ManagementCustomer complaints aur issues ko properly handle karna
- Required cases ko senior team tak escalate karna
- Long-term customer relationship maintain karna
- Professional behavior aur polite communication maintain karna
- 🎯 Targets & PerformanceDaily, weekly and monthly calling targets achieve karna
- Sales conversion aur repeat orders improve karna
- Attendance, discipline aur follow-up consistency maintain karna
- Product knowledge aur communication skills continuously improve karna
- Company training sessions me participate karna

- Basic English speaking and understanding preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Professional phone conversation handling
- CRM / Excel / WhatsApp / basic computer knowledge
- Follow-up discipline and sales mindset

- 🎓 QualificationMinimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- Graduate preferred
- Fresher or minimum 6 months telecalling / sales experience preferred
