Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Contacting potential or existing customers to sell products, services, or donations using prepared scripts.
- Closing Sales: Persuading customers to make purchases and negotiating deals to meet daily/monthly quotas.
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential prospects and, if necessary, passing qualified leads to the field sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships, answering questions, and handling complaints to maintain a high reputation.
- Data Management: Entering and updating customer information, including, payment methods and, reactions to products, into the CRM database.
