Cook / Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Multi-Cuisine Cook to prepare high-quality dishes across various cuisines while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and consistency. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Indian, Chinese, Continental, and other international cuisines, with the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook dishes from multiple cuisines including:
• Indian (North & South Indian)
• Chinese
• Continental
• Tandoor and Snacks (preferred)
• Other specialty cuisines as required
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control standards are maintained.
• Plan menus in coordination with management and suggest new recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ingredient requirements timely.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure cost-effective utilization of raw materials.
• Store food items properly and ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices are followed.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used and maintained safely.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and support team for smooth operations.
• Handle customer-specific dietary requirements and special requests whenever required.
• Comply with company policies, food safety regulations, and health standards.
