Job Description – Junior Accountant (Real Estate Sector)

We are looking for a Junior Accountant for our real estate company. Candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and experience in handling daily accounting work. Only experienced candidates can apply.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts and voucher entries
• Handle purchase, sales and expense entries
• Prepare invoices and payment records
• Bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
• Maintain GST, TDS and basic taxation records
• Update data in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Maintain proper accounting documents and files
• Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal departments
• Assist senior accountant in daily accounting activities
• Maintain records related to real estate projects and site expenses

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Basic GST & TDS knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic understanding of real estate accounting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Accuracy in data entry and reporting

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting

Real estate sector experience preferred

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred
