Job Description

Key Responsibilities


 Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. 

 Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 

 Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. 

 Process salary payroll, including calculation of salaries, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory contributions. 

 Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and reconciliation of GST data. 

 Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

 Maintain books of accounts in Tally. 

 Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. 

 Monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls. 

 Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.


 Required Skills & Qualifications:


 Tally. 

 GST Filings. 

 TDS Filings.

 Finalization of Accounts

 Payroll

 Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
