Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Generate invoices, E-Way Bills, and maintain all supporting documents such as LR copies, Challans, Purchase Orders, Labels and related records.

·      Maintain and organize office documents including bills, invoices, cheques, import documents, expense records, and other administrative files.

·      Update inventory issue entries in company software and record Journal Voucher entries in Tally as required.

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date production data in Excel and company software.

·      Update and maintain attendance records of hourly wage workers and ensure proper record keeping.

·      Record, verify, and maintain expense-related data and supporting documents.

·      Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other departments to support production planning and operational activities.

·      Arrange transporters, couriers, and dispatch requirements to ensure timely deliveries.

·      Assist in preparing reports, maintaining databases, and providing administrative support to management.

·      Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, branch offices, visitors, and service providers for administrative requirements.

·      Ensure timely filing, storage, retrieval, and maintenance of both physical and digital records.

·      Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement and general office administration activities.

·      Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

·      Managing all Stock data and updating details in the Excel

 

Preferred candidate profile

·           Education: Graduate (any specialization)

·           Experience: 0-1 yr

·           Proficiency in using relevant software/tools for invoice generation and proper knowledge of MS-Office, CRM and Tally.

·           Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

·           Strong organizational and time management abilities. 

·           Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
