About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dynamic AI Trainer who can educate students, teachers, entrepreneurs, and working professionals on the practical use of Artificial Intelligence tools and technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of conducting engaging workshops, training programs, and hands-on sessions that simplify AI concepts and help participants improve productivity, creativity, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Education

• Conduct AI training programs for schools, colleges, corporates, and working professionals.
• Teach practical applications of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, Canva AI, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging technologies.
• Design and deliver beginner to advanced AI learning modules.
• Create interactive presentations, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Train participants on prompt engineering, AI productivity, automation, and content creation.

Curriculum Development

• Develop structured AI learning programs for different age groups.
• Update training materials based on the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Create real-world case studies and hands-on exercises.

Workshop Management

• Conduct seminars, webinars, bootcamps, and certification programs.
• Engage participants through live demonstrations and practical activities.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback.

Industry Awareness

• Stay updated with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Automation, and Machine Learning.
• Introduce innovative AI tools and workflows that improve efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Relevant AI certifications will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Midjourney, Canva AI, and similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Understanding of AI automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent platforms.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts preferred.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language.
• Strong public speaking and classroom management abilities.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Professional attitude and leadership qualities.

Preferred Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in training, teaching, coaching, or conducting workshops.
• Experience working with schools, colleges, educational institutions, or corporate training programs.
• Experience in AI, digital marketing, automation, technology education, or IT training.
